If your employer is paying you over $10m to do a job and you can't do it because you need a surgery and they say "get the surgery" and you're like "nah", you're the problem.

You missed a gap in there. Team suggested surgery. He wanted 2nd opinion, team gave him green light. 2nd Dr though he could recover without Surgery. Team agreed w that route as long as he was hitting his recovery benchmarks. Started missing benchmarks/progress; started ghosting team. This is when everything went to shite

It’s unclear why Payton, Allen & Loomis love Ohio State mediocre non-winners so much. Lattimore is the one exception but they just continuously pass over better, tougher, more accomplished SEC guys in favor of guys from Ohio State who aren’t tough enough to get it done in crunch time.
