Swimming pool, guest house, and a well-manicured 1.88 acres

Absolute bargain for what is essentially a palace

Chicken should buy this and turn it in to a retreat for premium users.

A bit too ostentatious for me, but thanks.

I prefer the 2 BR house in the mountains with the acreage that 800k affords.

I think I know the owner of that estate, but I did not know she had it on the market. She just bought a villa in Cabo and one in Sedona.

It’s nice looking, but…

It looks old, meaning it was probably once in a very nice part of town. Is that part of town still nice?

Just over 4000 sf. That’s not really very big.

The price may be just the right amount.

Don’t know much about Beaumont’s demographics, but something’s fishy there. That house and property would be a minimum of $2.5 m in Atlanta’s northern suburbs.

Ain’t no Chick-fil-A within a thousand miles of that place. Hard pass.

You'd think they'd clean up the pool area if they are taking pictures to sell the house. That kiddie basketball hoop is trashy af.

I'll never understand the shabby chic decorating style. Why take something shitty and intentionally make it look fake-old and even more shitty?

The inside of that house is incredibly dated. Easy pass.
