I mention this anytime someone asks about a NYC hotel…. Check out Hotel Beacon. It’s in Upper West Side near the 72nd St station, which is one stop from Times Square. Get a family suite, it’s like an apartment. Has a Bedroom with either 2 doubles or a King, a separate living room with a sleeper sofa & a small kitchen. It’s near a Fairways Market and Trader Joe’s so you can stock the kitchen. We’ve been going for years & they’ve never let us down. It’s not a full service hotel with room service, but there are many great restaurants in the neighborhood.
