In 2019, I bought a 2017 Tacoma for 30.5k. It had 29k miles and was loaded (4wd, manual, TRD Offroad)

I wasn't able to negotiate it down very much as there were less than 10 for sale in the US and the closest one was Mobile.

All that to say, if it has less than 35k miles and isn't a base model, 31k is close to as low as you'll be able to find at a stealership. If you shop a couple states over you might find one at $29,999
