She was told she would win and that it was in the bag. Then Trump kept getting so many votes they couldn’t steal it.

I'd bet you're correct. Truth is, our elections have likely been rigged for a couple of decades at a minimum, and likely longer than we'd be comfortable accepting.
I'm of the opinion that the reason Trump won in 2016 is that the military was involved in subverting the attempts to tip the scales in HRC's favor and the actual will of the people was seen.

I can tell you that Brazil's election was rigged without question. I am sure there are many others. There is no telling how long it has been going on. I would say that Canada has a major problem also. Canadians hate Trudeau.
