You do all understand where this is going right? The left is redefining racism and distinguishing it from “prejudice”. When they have 5 liberals on the court again, outlawing “racism” will not violate the first amendment, “prejudice” will be protected.

Their logic is so flawed. If only white people can be racist that means Asian and Hispanic people can’t be racist either.
But I doubt this idiot would be ok if an Asian person said the N word and called black people sub-human. That would be racist as it gets but according to their OWN definition that’s not racism. Would put their feelings on the matter at complete odds with this “new definition” of racism
And even if they think they can’t be racist, only prejudiced, how’s that still a good thing? You’re being an a-hole either way
