Training Day. Denzel put up an absolute masterclass acting performance in that movie.

Other finalists I considered were The Matrix and The Departed. But Training Day will always be my favorite.

Citizen Kane. I can never see it enough. I see something new in it every time I watch it. I think, the older I get, the more profound the movie is to me.

Lynch's best. Not too over the top on pretentiousness or impenetrability, but still enough to make you have to think a little.
