I recently opened up an LLC and need to move on from my gmail account and open an email address for my business. I have a Microsoft 365 account and figured I could simply start a new email through Outlook but I cannot figure it out. Can I set this up at no cost? If so or maybe not, how do I go about this?

You need to own a domain and have email tied to that.

Register your domain at godaddy.com or similar. That's what you feed into O365 for a custom domain.
