Lets not pretend when you show states like Connecticut vermont and mass as the best-educated states that they arent the whitest fricking states in the union.

Its always funny when liberals point this out and say how shitty and uneducated the blackest states are.

They've done studies on it. While white southerners do score slightly lower than white northerners, most of the gap is in the minority scores.

Another example you can look at it is New Jersey. New Jersey generally scores in the top 5 nationally, Newark (which 90%+ black and latino) is one of the worst districts in the country. And keep in mind the school funding gap myth, urban majority minority districts actually get more funding per pupil because of federal money and state Robin Hood programs. So yes, the students are poorer, but they are getting more per pupil funding.
