At this point someone should just go to the apartment door, stick in a single piece of uncooked angel hair pasta into the keyhole, and just snap it off after inserting it. You won't be able to use your key to unlock the door. You can't use your hands to pull it out so you have to get a locksmith regardless to fix it or replace the locks.
