Never Trumpers going to cast their vote for Biden? I think not. They may hold their nose as they cast the vote for Trump but they not going to vote for the Depends candidate.
Kind of reminds me of the choice between David Duke and Edwin Edwards. The lesser of two evils. I think it is going to be like James Carville once said "it is the economy stupid." now it is the border stupid. All of the USA feels the negative impact and holding our collective breath waiting for the impending attack.

I remember the David Duke - J Bennett Johnson race as well. Duke was showing up at 20% in the polls the night before the election.

Johnson won 52% - 48% over Duke. Yep, there is a very silent set out there that will awaken from time to time.

RFK may get those votes.

Problem for Biden is that I bet a lot of his own voters would do the same. If RFK gets enough votes, Trump likely wins a bunch of states he otherwise doesn’t like Reagan in 1980 (John Anderson) or Bill Clinton (Perot).

I lived in the Baton Rouge area when Edwin Edwards was governor. There has never been a more blatantly, in your face corrupt governor in the history of the USA. Remember when he was caught using his brother to sell access and Edward's defense was that he was running his own sting operation? A random selection from the Baton Rouge phone book would have been a better governor than Edwin Edwards.

You greatly underestimate how strongly that Trump Derangement Syndrome affects the mind.

Never-Trump voters are very politically addicted so won't fathom letting their votes go to waste. Your HHTMs and DislodgedBrowneyes of the board will 100% fill in the oval for Biden.

The never Trumpers who want lower taxes and good judges will vote for Trump. Those include the people that hang out in the Federalist Society and Club for Growth circles. The never Trumpers that want more war like Bill Kristol will vote for Biden. Good thing they are a dying breed.

I think the majority of them will vote Biden over Trump.

It's not a policy issue (like Dem vs Rep). They aren't voting for Trump because of moral convictions. Your not swaying most of them. 25%-40% of Rep voters in each prmary will now vote for Biden. Watch and see.

Never Trumpers support DC, the bureaucracy, the military-industrial complex, forever wars, and the comfortable world of the uniparty. They do want the Republicans to get a turn once in a while, but they absolutely would vote for Biden (or literally anyone) over someone who might disrupt the DC status quo.
