And LSU was named the tournament champion based on 3-0 record and a plus 9 run differential.

I was happy to see Braswell get some hits. I know he had some errors but he swung the bat pretty good

It’s not a true tournament.. tho I do think that a tournament in the regional format early in the season would be cool to see.

Put teams like LSU, TCU, FSU, Oregon St, ECU, etc in a early tournament with a winners and losers bracket.. that would be awesome to watch

It would be awesome, but you need to guarantee each team the same number of games. It would probably have to look more like an early season college basketball tournament where it was single elimination for the "championship" and the losers played each other.

CJJ said in the Sunday post-game interview that he expected Tommy would be on the all-tournament team, not knowing if they would even have one. "He's so good...he's set an unbeatable bar. If there's an all-tournament team, if you look at the line, he'll pobably be on it."

He also singled out the play of Jake Brown ("up & down" until Sunday), Milam (whole weekend), Braswell ("took a step forward this weekend"), and Tommy.
