re: D2: Mighty Ducks gripe

I like over analyzing movies and this is a good one to do it with. Let me preface this by saying that I loved D2 as a kid.

How do the Ducks go from being the worst team in the Minneapolis juniors to being the overwhelming majority of the junior national team. Were any of the Hawks even considered? I bet there were some pissed off travel hockey parents.

Banks is obviously the best player and heart of the team. Charlie couldn't hit a slapshot 2 years before. Banks constantly gets crapped on by Bombay.

Do they even play hockey in Iceland? I just thought they went out in the woods and chanted while avoiding volcanos.

Bombay showing up late for an elimination game should have gotten him fired on the spot.

Do LA celebrities really give a shite about junior world games hockey?

Letting Keenan on the team is ridiculous. Hey coach I found this kid on the street playing roller hockey and he hits the knuckle puck. Cool get him a uniform. Could this guy even skate?

So much ridiculous crap going on all through the movie.

But again I still love it
