I don’t think that’s true. I don’t see an offside player purposely blocking the goal scorers defender that often. He knew what he was doing and that was a designed play. Get on with it

I’ve said previously that I think that doesn’t get called enough. If someone is in an offside position, doesn’t come close to the ball, but it holds the keeper for a split second, it should be offside, because that person impacts the play.
Here, they impacted the play, even if it wasn’t a major impact. Therefore, it’s offside.
