re: 3 day water fast

The longest fast ive done is 3 days. It was not nearly as hard as I expected. My mood and energy went up and down throughout the process so I'm not sure if its something I would do again. It was pretty awesome to do at least once though to feel what it would have been like for our ancestors so often. One of the coolest parts I noticed was that my smell got way better around the third day. Almost like my body was in hunting mode and ready for the kill.
