Abi is your American Idol. And Will is runner-up. They got it 100% right. And Luke and Lionel both called it at her audition that she was gonna win.
It was obvious from.her audition that Abi was just it. She is special. Congratulations. Beautiful girl w/God given talent.

Yeah I’m still a big fan of Jack but he really blew it on finale night imo.
He needed the country vote to get to the finale, but on finale night reaches a much bigger audience because of all of the musical guests. Hell Bon Jovi was the mentor. Had he gone back to his rock roots I think he would have done a lot better, but singing All My Exes Live in Texas right after a huge segment about his love for his wife was just weird and probably didnt endear him to the newer audience. Throw in that awful frilled shirt and even the Nashville vote probably felt offended
And Abi crushed her performances again. Definitely deserved to win. From her initial audition where she won the platinum ticket to the finale she was awesome.
Pretty good season overall. Will be interesting to see who replaces Katy. I really liked this panel and they were great together, so she will definitely be missed.
