Old guy here needing help with YouTube TV

All I've ever known has been cable since the mid 1970's. But Spectrum's rates are just outrageous so we cut ties with them.

Now,I'm sure this stuff is 'no-brainer' to most of you,but I just don't know. The YouTube TV 'package' we have is pretty basic. How do you go about adding something like NewsMax to it, or how do I get NewsMax live without cable?
