ESPN+ and SEC + Disaster i

I'm old but have reasonable technology skills. Like many of you have posted, the stability and functionality of ESPN+ and SEC + is archaic. Customer service is non-existent. About every 10 days, we get a message while trying to log in to SEC + that we have to authenticate. It usually takes a couple minutes and then we can watch SEC+. Yesterday and today the option to authenticate wasn't avaiable. So we call customer service. As expected, after a lengthy wait we get a nice person that can't speak english. During a difficult communication attempt in which she would leave us to talk to IT, the old stand by solution was offered. Unplug the tv and wait 1 minute and then plug it back in. It didn't fix the problem and after her conversation with IT, she came back to say it was Direct TVs fault. I tried to talk with her and she hung up.
The BIG has CBS, NBC, and FOX. The SEC's wagon is hitched to ESPN. Are we headed to a financial disaster with the incompetence of ESPN and Their total disregard for customer service. Do the ADs and SIDs known how Jane and Joe Public are being treated by the only network with our product? The only way football and to a much lesser extent basketball makes money is eyeballs that drive advertisements.
I'm afraid that in the long run, we're headed toward a financial inequality.
How many of you are experiencing functionality and/or concerns?

I have never had a single issue with either one.

No issues yesterday or today

The only thing I dislike is that I feel like I get signed out too often
What method are you trying to watch it through? The app??

When I was with DTV I had to re-authenticate often. I switched to YTV in December and it hasn't been as bad. It still requires it, but only a couple of times since the switch.
ETA: I have AT&T internet which might be a factor.

I have never had a problem signing in and watching. My stream is perfect 99% of the time I watch.

Who does this?
Pretty simple - if you have SEC Network with DirectTV, then you have access to SECN+. If it’s not working, then it’s probably user error

No issues here either. Actually been streaming only for about 8 years now, never an issue with anything streaming service I use.

I had a problem last year. I'm not computer friendly.
I was feeling apprehensive, yesterday. Followed the instructions and voila, there was the game. Today I clicked on ESPN
then scanned until I found the LOGO.
To my surprise, there was the game in purple and gold.

As long as Disney keeps cutting checks, the Athletic Directors and Univeristy Presidents really don't give a shite how you are treated by ESPN.
