So, there have never been additional taxes added to the taxpayer to pay for services provided, in this case non essential services? Interesting take on how costs are managed. So, just magically, no matter the expenses to govt taxes just remain the same. My first wife had a similar approach to financial management.

If you’re asking how schools get funded each year - I suggest you do your own research.
