This one is better. You can see the toe on the ground completely over the line. Tough to pause it in the exact right spot. He also stepped across the line on the previous pitch which was inside and almost hit him. He didn’t on the first pitch which was nowhere near the inside of the plate. Just a kid trying to get on base any way he can and I will not fault him for that at all. I actually love players like that. This will be the last time I post about because it truly doesn’t matter anymore and Barbe would’ve won anyways. They’re just the better team

yea that one is a little better. Barbe was actually terrible about taking balls that would have hit them. I think it was 6 i counted that jumped out the way. Usually its the opposite with their teams

Saw a walk off Homer in a 11u tournament get overturned because the batter stepped out of the box on the swing. It was a massive bomb too. Game over

Appreciate the images and it is worthy of discussion as the rules here are tricky. If his body is inside the strike zone - or swings that’s different.
Also like others have said foot has to be completely out of box and the CB entirety of the line is inside box.
And the video or images almost never come from the same viewing angle or perspective as covering official - which is what really matters….

Watched the WM/Sam Houston game. All 3 HBP were over the plate. Literally strikes that they stuck that big elbow guard out and got the call. Ferguson hit 12 batters all year and 3 of those were last night.

You didn’t prove anything except that you are a big homer and Barbe clearly has advantages that other programs don’t have.
That was my only point. I never once said they cheat.
As for the pictures being posted, in my opinion nobody here can make a call on this because none of the pictures are conclusive. Can’t see FOR SURE where his foot is. Like everything else, that’s just my opinion though

All the elbow guards should be banned. Guys won’t be sticking their elbows over the plate without them. And don’t get me started on the stupid oven mitts when on the bases.
