Cameron Gauthier

He was committed to SELA to Riser

I knew that would never work. He's not playing anymore.

I know he went through a difficult time when his sister parked on the bridge in BR and jumped

But he would have beat Ouachita Christian that day.

I think Boyd was feeling some program pressure from some families to go in a different direction. It can be difficult to manage these things at a small private school that needs all the support it can get

Maybe the priest running the school should stop running off all the alumni with kids there. Just a thought.

Saving your ace in a one game elimination is such a risky move.

Zachary did it 3 straight years saving Von Rosenberg for the finals - worked out well for them each year

Might wanna rethink that. He definitely started one of the three years in the semis.

And it could be argued he wasn't the number 1 that first year either.

I'm not an OC dad, but close enough to many of the families to hear all about the turmoil

All the small Catholic schools go through similar periods. CHNI has as well.

Things tend to resolve themselves

Why would an umpire give a shite about some guy(?) whining in the stands?

They want them in one location per sport but to give different sports to different cities

when youngsville is done with their facility, i look for them to win the bid over sulphur. Sulphur would be a lot better if there where 4 fields in a quad shape going at one time instead of how they have it.

sulphur was nice 25 years ago, outdated now.

I guess Chalmette will have to go outside of the current staff for their opening.

Started against Shreve in 07, Shaw in 08, and Sam Houston in 09. Prior to that he started as a freshman for Barbe in 06 vs Sulphur

quote: Some explain to me the rationale of having the Semis and Finals 1 game instead of a 3 game series? I agree with your question, but do you really think you can get a logical answer involving the LHSAA? They have 2 things in mind....Money and convenience.

Actually the principals fought 2/3 for years logistics for many schools doing 2/3 are the issue for semis and finals - next year back further that origination of 2/3 to add more 2/3

Progress takes time

I kind of predicted that earlier in this thread… maybe that meant we told him he wasn’t getting our job

I know he was the choice of the current baseball staff.
