The answer is Leeds, always Leeds.
Honest response - I was in a similar situation as you a few years ago and the best answer is to just watch games. You’ll gradually start gravitating to a couple of teams and can decide from there.
Some other, more knowledgeable fans, can correct me here but in my opinion, unless you’re a fan of the big 6 (7 now with Newcastle), all have some risk of relegation.
There are a few documentaries on Amazon (maybe Netflix as well) that follow a few different teams throughout the year. I know Leeds did one, Man City, Tottenham and a few others. That was the start for me - watching the Tottenham documentary, then went to a USMNT game in Nashville shortly thereafter and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Just going by your criteria I think Spurs meet everything. Big 6, so no risk of relegation, but haven’t won anything in a long time so they don’t get the respect of City, United, etc.. new stadium.
