Above Pete Carroll & John Harbaugh. He maximized his potential. I don't align with the idea that he got lucky with Mahomes & Kelce & Hill. He's a great coach and those are great players that have come together and achieved a lot of successes.
Reid has distinguished himself in this decade however.
