What type of razor do yall use? I remember a thread a while back where everyone was raving about a single blade razor of some sort? Is this worth giving a shot? If so which one should I go with?

Rockwell T2. It’s the best razor I’ve ever owned and they have solid customer service. I dropped it and it broke and they replaced it for free.

I was given a Feather DE razor as a gift. It’s absurdly expensive (approximately $200), but the most comfortable shave I’ve ever had. I’m sure you can find a great DE for far less than $200. But if you have the money to spend, the Feather is great. The good news is you recoup the expense by paying little to nothing for the blades compared to cartridge blades

I have a Merkur 34C. It gets the job done. For blades, I like Feather and Kai. Apparently they are the sharpest, but if you have sensitive skin, they may be a little harsh. Personnas and Derby are a little smoother, but not as sharp.

If you want to take it to the next level, buy a brush, some shaving soap, and choose a decent aftershave splash. You’ll never go back.

Grocery store has a 20 pack for something like $2.88. Store brand I think.

I use a safety razor and order Dorco blades on Amazon. I only spend about $35 a year and blades and single blades are better if you have sensitive skin.
