So how do the defendants go about getting the convictions overturned?
If capital police / DOJ people knew about the perjury and did not bring it to the court's attention, does that make it a conspiracy to deny civil rights under the color of law?

Seems no one in Congress or "Constitutional Scholars" are willing to step forward to posit an answer.
