So how do the defendants go about getting the convictions overturned?
If capital police / DOJ people knew about the perjury and did not bring it to the court's attention, does that make it a conspiracy to deny civil rights under the color of law?

Who was the judge that allowed the slimepool of Capitol personnel to refuse release of video footage? Let's start there.
All, or nearly all, J6 judges enabled this kind of BS. Defendants were put in positions of having to prove their innocence, while being concomitantly denied access to the tools which would enable it.
When the absurdity of the process has been pointed out, several resident TD attorneys have "explained" that, as the POS judges were not actually acting illegally, everything is copacetic.
As has been emphasized by several of our legal brethren here, truth does not matter in our legal system. So the fact that it is rendered unattainable for J6 defendants is not appalling in the least to system apologists.

Just proves how corrupt the Federal judges and J6 trials were. Hopefully Trump gets to pardon them all Day 1. None of the judges in these trials should ever be considered for another position in government.
