I’m with you, but it seems like this model is going to become all the more frequent for live-service games. They can release what amounts to essentially a public beta for close to full price, and then drop fixes that could’ve been solved with a longer runway of development. Not saying it’s right, but I think it’s here to stay.

Live service has just auto converted to scam do not buy for me for like at least 5 years till now I’m trying our hell divers because I have heard about how “un scummy” idk a better way to say that it is.

How about you worry about delivering a working service of any sort that’s worth your asking price then we discuss 30$ cosmetics for guns

I think the issues are exacerbated because Arrowhead is a very small studio and they use a discontinued game engine (Autodesk Stingray).

I just wish they'd slow down the content releases until the game is in a more stable place, but I appreciate that they have some devs that specialize in developing content and others working on fixes/stability, so I imagine it's not possible to just switch ALL devs to fixes/stability.

Early on I think the devs also said that although Sony is giving them any and all resources they need, it's not like Sony just has expert Autodesk Stingray devs sitting around that they can send to Arrowhead's offices to help
