Jared Foster had a catch at Aggie to save a game and a throw vs Vandy at the SECt to nail a runner at the plate.

Catches that end up harder than they should be due to poor route should not be considered

Also catches where player does not have to dive, but dives anyway

That said, Leon Landry’s catch in the Irvine SR is not something I’ve seen done before in new or old ABS

I think we l can agree that the LSU plays being mentioned pale in comparison to all of the plays that Nicholls made against us in that midweek game last year.

The people who laugh off the "that's baseball" argument when strange shite happens just don't get it.

On that particular day, for reasons that will never be known to us mortals, the baseball gods chose a 3-hour window to make Nicholls the greatest defensive team that ever lived.

Yep, great display of athleticism that was only needed because the first part of the play was so bad.

Jared Foster's grab in left field vs. Texas A&M wasn't too bad either.

Mitchell made a head first into the wall diving catch that Irvine series as well that gets overlooked.

Jared Foster’s superman catch is still the most jaw dropping. Was bases loaded, 9th inning, tie game, robbed a line drive single.

Trey Morgan’s is the best World Series play, making it the most important.

I remember that game. It was actually starting to get funny at one point.

YouTube short of the play.

I never noticed this before but I love Kyle Peterson in the background of the call here:

“How good is that…how good is THAT?!!”

As a former catcher myself, I would also like to add that was an incredible tag by AM.

I thought this was going to be about the Pearson catch in LF. We dont win the championship without that either.

This should already have been turned into a mural in the baseball ops building
