This is what I don't understand. We have the biggest military in the world. Who are Iran's allies? China and Russia? Is it worth it for them to go to war with Iran if the US keeps them in check? Maybe Russia but we are too valuable to China.

We retaliated against militias in Syria and Iraq, not in Yemen. That the Houthis are also backed by Iran is only incidental. Our strikes would only send an indirect message with respect to the Houthis.

My ancestors and relatives fought in every war from King Phillips war to desert storm bitch, you don’t have this country without them. We have [img]been[/img] hotheaded Warhawk mfers and fighters that don’t take shite for 300 years. We lead the “Indians” during the tea party, and fought with some Indians and besides others on the frontier and wilderness and the government in the whiskey rebellion and civil war.
Some times you have to fight spoiled child.
If we don’t do something about Iran they will have nukes within 2 years. When they acquire nukes, Israel will have no choice but to attack them, and it’s easy to see how that can spiral out of control quickly.
We are going to be at war with them soon no matter what happens. It’s better if we choose the time and place.

Iran is going to build nukes regardless of what we do or don’t do. This is the same fear mongering that went on when Pakistan was developing their program 20 years ago. Every other first world country in the world besides Israel spends way less money on defense than they should because the US spends our money to protect them
