Just bought the Profitec Go. I bought the Turin 64v2 3 weeks ago so that should be here soon.

Looking forward to a first-party review of this set up. I have a Profitec pro 600 and can attest that Profitecs are well made and reliable. The Go looks like a great little machine. My sister is considering getting one right now. Also, the Turin 64 is a high quality grinder, so you are going to get your best likely outcome, with great beans.

I guess the task now is to identify coffee beans that will make great espresso.

I'll definitely let you know. I'm in The Woodlands, TX and I've heard great things about 2 local joints that roast their own beans I'm gonna try next (purefi and conduit).
