Chicken and hotdogs are not words that should ever collide.

Pork, pork and beef mix or all beef are the only answers. It didn't taste the same because you're used to really crappy hotdogs if they have chicken in them.

I was trying to remember the name. I always thought they were as good as Nathan's.

Boars Head natural casing, beef or beef and pork mix are elite hot dogs.

I'm not a regular hotdog eater, but I enjoy one maybe 5 times per year. We only buy Hebrew National, Nathans or Kirkland.

A little difference in taste is OK. Looking like this is pukish.

No need to look at any other wieners - not that there is anything wrong with that.

Every bit as good as Nathan's however I don't see them as often in stores when I am in LA. Even Dollar General carries Nathan's.

Negative, beef is better. Either Nathan's or Ball Park bun length. However, preferred over both of those are Hofmann German Franks and Snappy Grillers.

Frankly speaking, you guys really know about weenies. That being said, for me it’s either Nathan’s or Hebrew National beef franks.

44 Farms, Hempler’s, Teton Waters Ranch or HEB Natural Beef…usually I’ll throw in 4-6 packs of dogs with every 44 Farms order I place.

I put so much crap on a hot dog, the wiener doesn't matter that much. I just buy any decent brand that's on sale. Beef, pork, chicken, rat, dog...what's the difference?

I can taste a difference. I went to a Memorial Day party a few years ago and they cooked the Kroger brand beef brisket hot dogs. Outstanding. If you're near a Kroger, stock up. We just had someone get us about 8 packs and every time we have them, people ask what brand they are.
