If I’m on the jury the prosecution will have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the scumbag robber was not going to get reinforcements to come kill the victim, and that the shooter didn’t ultimately save his life.

The OT has lost the plot. Y’all really want the law to allow the summary execution of thieves leaving the scene of an armed robbery?
