Not in Texas.

But I'm sure there will be other problems - illegally possessing a gun, leaving the scene, etc.

That's not an easy shot either. Hitting a fast moving target from a distance with a pistol requires some serious marksmanship or luck.

I doubt after he pistol whipped a guy and this is in Texas.
