Once again boys and girls low IQ people think everything is simple either or choices.

No coach wins without great players, no player wins by himself especially consistently year after year without a great organization and coach.

Probably because if you hire him, chances are once he breaks the all time wins record he'll retire and you'll have to go through this entire process again. And he's just going to bring along his same group of assistants so you'll have to replace the entire staff.
