There are a lot folks out there like this (including a close relative of mine). Soft-sell approach, yield on non-essential points:

"I agree there is a lot to not like about Trump personally (cuz you'll never win this argument) but I'm not voting for Trump to be my friend or date my sister. I'm voting for him because his actions and decisions were and are good for our country. I'm voting for him to be our president, not my buddy."

This will not sink in the first time someone hears it but for the I'm Not Going to Vote Voter this can make them stop and think. I've seen it happen.
