A 2nd round ceiling in year 5 when team is about to get crazy expensive is disappointing. Financially this is one of the best chances we have and we aren’t even close.

You're right, Lebron had nothing to do with that series.

At least be intellectually honest with what you're arguing.

You're not even debating what I'm saying. Ja getting hurt doesn't mean Lebron wasn't a factor. Don't be so obtuse

But that's the point everyone is making to your fallacy. Lebron was a factor... because he's Lebron.

We don't have that to follow through on your "shite can happen in the playoffs"

For example, Booker was out for part of the Suns series... we still lost.

Holy fricking shite man. Who was out for us? Who?

And ja is apparently a mid tier guard in your eyes because you refuse to acknowledge him being hurt was one of the main reasons they lost that series. Just stop

So injuries matter now but not when lebron plays the Grizzlies in last years playoffs? Just quit while you're behind man

Lets go by your theory. You expect one of our superstars to play like Lebron snd hope we face a playoff team that loses their best star to injury as your pathway to success this season in the playoffs?

If you believe that can happen all power to you.

You don't get it.

You just don't. And you're going to complain that "i have it out for you" like you always do when I disagree with your sunshine pumping.

I think it's less so that a 2nd round exit is bad and more so a realization that our best 2 players simply aren't good enough and it's a tough sell to think that'll change.

Bingo. I’m actually pleased with this season and the improvement, but the reality is we are in year 5 of a rebuild, are still looking for our first playoff series win, and don’t have a clear path to improving into a real contender.

A number of teams with far less a head start than us in 2019 are now better positioned to win over the next 5 years.

The AD trade was supposed to lay the foundation for long term success, but in year 5 what we have to show for it is Brandon Ingram, CJ, Dyson Daniels, and one remaining mid round pick - meh.

The Jrue Holiday trade has delivered zero and at this point will factor into our next rebuilding cycle.

Have you made an irrational a-hole statement for me to say that? No. We've been arguing about a topic. It's a message board.

Last year lebron put up 21 9 and 6 and Shot 26% from 3 on 6 attempts per game.

Spare me the mythos. He wasn't a world beater last year.

And our bench potential of larry/hawk/Trey is far better than that Laker bench from last years Laker playoff run.

It blows my mind you think thats a reasonable thing that may happen but again like you said crazier shite has happened. You also need to relax- I’m not personally attacking you, I just disagree with you- sorry if that blows your mind.

Another game where the team comes up woefully short in a contest that mattered, and that could have created some separation from the also-rans. Still have Boston and Milwaukee upcoming to show some life, but a troubling pattern is emerging.... Waiting on the moment and not seizing it, and it's primarily on Coach Green, #1 and #14.

Agree with the first part, not convinced on the second. Roster consolidation and defined roles will go a long way with this team. Most importantly #1 and #14 have to get their shite together, they're playing ok just not leading.

So sad, but I think most that complain constantly do not feel that is the case based on their rants.

But that's the problem, neither of them have shown to be a leader or superstar in the entire time they've been here.

For sure not consistently, and that's a problem. A month here and there but not anything to bank on.

Can we make the playoffs with this squad first before you melt. We're fifth in standings and fully healthy for the first time in years. When teams have to commit to shutting down Zion in the playoffs, that's when our shooters and space will fully shine. Right now he's at 30 mins a game. That'll be up to around 37 during postseason. All we need to do is increase the 3pt shot attempts and that'll happen in the postseason when teams gameplan mostly around him. We have like 4-5 players shooting above 35 percent from 3. We'll be fine.
