Can't speak for others, but Baldwin's complete lack of ownership for his role in this death rubbed me the wrong way.

He's a prick and all but... every one of us would have immediately lawyered up after something like this happened. And every lawyer would make it everyone else's fault from the jump.
You couldn't realistically expect him to say "it's all my fault. Lock me up."

Is it usual for actors to bear responsibility of malfunctioning movie props?
