The LSU Ag report paints a grim picture that will support double digit crawfish prices for the entire season, even in March-April. Drought and skyrocketing costs are to blame. Sorry guys, you won’t see any sub-$10 per pound crawfish this year.

$7 would be my absolute max but I try to hold out for $6.

As soon as the catch picks up a little and more guys start running the price is going to drop in half
