A 120 lb man could do damage to a 250 lb one, especially a trained one(my money would be on a 120lb special forces trained guy over a 250 lb no training guy). Maybe even if the 120 lb one knew karate or something.

BUT… that’s a rare case. In real life the best female swimmers can’t beat a terrible male one. Our best female soccer players (USA) get schooled by a 15u male team 5-2.

The strength and athleticism a male has over a female is undeniable. Can a highly trained female maybe beat a fat, lazy guy that has never trained? Probably. But in normal situations the male will win.
