I think (hope?) we see our defense grow and evolve as the season progresses.
Was last year a less talented group? Sure. But they managed to find new ways to do less every game.

Yes, a lot of the secondary were green players...TR FR. So you would expect improvement if they have talent which I think they do. And other than the blowout FSU game...which LSU BTW led at halftime...the Ole Miss game came down to a catchable pass from Daniels to Hilton that went through his hands. The Alabama game was decided a lot by Daniels getting knocked out of the game. LSU could have gone 11-1, but I guess 9-3 was really what was deserved.
