I don’t know. I know every state agency or official charged with conducting the election certified their votes were legitimate. That’s what the Constitution and Congress proscribed.

What a pussy. Anyone participating in the Caucuses was in a building registering before most of that exit poling was released. Candidates looking for lame excuses to cover for a poor election result really should reconsider their future plans.
