I read the article as a complete excuse for keeping DA.. it says ML went in alone after DA to let the team know what is exactly expected. Hey Mick if you have to do that you don’t have the right coach. And Jeff— who sets the culture - it’s the head coach. It’s like I’m in a bizarro world every time I hear ML make excuses. Also if DA needs Gruden he is not right coach nor does he have the right assistants

You know how teams hang on to bad draft picks because their ego is to big to admit the mistake?
That’s where we are right now with Loomis. He made a shite hire and his ego is to big to admit he screwed up.
