I’d ask you the same when you’re 72 and still grinding like a lunatic, but odds are you won’t be

Age, 24/7/365 external player recruiting, 24/7/365 internal player recruiting, kids with shittier and shittier attitudes, less time with players, etc. Coaching football is what he enjoys and today it’s never been a smaller % of his job

When he couldn’t dominate anymore, he decided to jet. At least he didn’t bolt as quick as he did from the NFL.

Let’s try not to make this about us. That’s weak sauce. And I’m not celebrating him being gone as if now we can finally compete.
Loser mentality. CBK was gonna get the program right either way

If I'm 52 and have the means to retire I’m doing it, much less at 72.

The playoffs.

When you don't just get inserted into one game for the Championship every year despite rarely being undefeated... It takes a toll.

What breaks us all is Father time. Time is undefeated with the possible exceptions of Willie Nelson and Keith Richards.

He enjoyed his success off the backs of black young men who were indentured servants to the College System. He couldn't hack it with grown men making their own money in the real world, now he can't hack it when young men making their own money and making their own decisions at the college level.

The only answer is to hire a black coach to makeup for Alabama's Racist Past and Nick Saban's transgressions to the black community.

LANK!
