got your back. I have a love/hate with Russell. Maybe a kinda-don't-mind/hate relationship as love is too strong. I think his crowning of being heir-apparent to Merc a couple years ago did harm to his image, and also did harm to his ego. He's a decent driver. Don't forget he dragged a Williams shitbox into P2 in the rain at Spa and should have won the 2020 Bahrain outer track had Merc not fricked him (which coincidentally did amazing things to Perez's career). His entitled poshy ego just comes across wrong sometimes. It was epitomized by the Bottas crash and glove slap
He was much more likable at Williams. Since then the move to Merc, he seems like a twit.

I guess he's good with GP2 engines now .

Disappointed Alonso staying… was really hopeful he’d get into that RB and show what old man can do with a great car.

Is there any other way to listen to radio messages other than F1TV?
Posted on 4/12/24 at 9:00 am to Grassy1
No.
F1TV is totally worth it, though, especially if you intent to run Multiviewer. The live timing window on Multiviewer pulls every driver radio.

I love F1 TV. For all the content you get, both past and present, it’s a steal.

I signed up for F1TV before the Suzuka race. My first impression was that all the data, views, radio access, and past content were cool, but that I might not renew it next year. But then I discovered Multiviewer (still before Suzuka) and that transformed the experience completely. I set it up and watched the Suzuka race with Multiviewer, and wow, now I consider it a must-have.
Because I tend to follow the mid-field teams more closely than the leading teams, having several onboard cameras going (and switching cars depending on the situation), it's a lot more fun monitoring the mid-field battle.

If Liberty ever cuts access to Multiviewer, I will instantly cancel my F1TV subscription.

It seems like I looked into F1tv last year, and it looked like it would be difficult to watch on my tv. Is that not true then or now?
I don't have an elaborate computer setup, and my eyes are too old to be watching anything of value on my phone.

F1TV is available streaming just like any other streaming channel.
Are you on cable or am I missing something?
Or are you talking F1TV to be able to use Multiviewer?
You don't need a setup like this;
Although it is nice.

When we had our newborn it was legit to wake up at 2-3am and rewatch for a few hours. Seeing india and the Philippians race during the monsoon season was awesome.

Is there a way to rewatch the current year's races on F1tv?
Can you "record" them like on youtubetv?

I have internet on my tv, I have apps on my tv, and typically watch TV via youtubetv.
