I’m in. I need to get off my arse and build my garden beds. Between deer season and training a new puppy I’ve given zero thought to it. Going to start my pepper seeds this week.

Here's my plan and theoretical planting list. I started pepper seeds last night.
There will be 4-6' between the top U shaped bed and the bottom rectangular bed. My plan is the plant peppers on the east side of the u-shaped bed, with tomatoes in the 2sqft blocks in the center and the west side.
The bottom rectangular bed will be planted with squash an zucchini on the south side and cucumbers on the north side, with the idea being that the cucumbers grow up and over the trellis. I'm also going to plan cherry tomatoes along the trellis in the u-shaped bed to get them to grow up and over the trellis as well. When the squash in the south bed succumb to the vine borers, I will replace with okra plants.
Variety plan for peppers (space for 16 plants, plus a small planter box for overflow):
Islander
California Wonder
Escamillo
Carmen
Thunderbolt
Shishito
Jimmy Nardello
Big Boy Jalapeno
Hungarian Hot Wax
Gypsy
Tomato (space for 16 plants):
Cherokee Purple
Dwarf Fred's Tie Dye
Dwarf Tennessee Suited
Dwarf Wild Fred
Dwarf Arctic Rose
Dwarf Rosella Purple
Big Beef
Sungold
Sweet Million
Squash/Zucchini (Space for 6 plants):
Zephyr Squash
Tiger Zucchini
Cucumbers:
Sweet Success
Pickling variety. I'm looking at Adam Gherkin. Does anybody have any suggestions? I generally order these Ukrainian parthenocarpic varieties, but that's not happening anymore unfortunately.
