It looks like he had a prostatectomy for prostate cancer and then had complications from that surgery.

The one article I read said it's a minor surgery.

I'm a little too familiar with it because my husband had one. My husband's was a 5 hour surgery. He was in the hospital for several days and went home with a catheter. He was out of it for several weeks on pain killers.

It was not some minor surgery. It made my hip replacement seem easy.

I don't know why the White House didn't know or why the person left in charge was on vacation.

Scary times indeed!
