Bump for lsu777:
38, done with kids.
Starting a supplement with:
DHEA-200mg
Pregnenolone-100mg
DIM-50mg
Boron-6mg (plan to supplement with addition boron up to 12mg/day)
Other ingredients like vit D, MagOx, ashwganda
I know there’s conflicting info on if DHEA supplementation helps increase total T for men, but though I would try this maybe for 8 weeks and have a recheck before committing to TRT. Your thoughts?

Sounds smart imo. Wild like to see the dhea in transdermal instead of oral. But try and see how it works
But yes at 38, done having kids, if you decide, trt is a path.
Would do what I could to try and restart naturally though if it’s possible. Trt is big commitment imo

What’s the thinking behind Boron?
