Yes and no.

It worked if you took any running back other than CMC.

58.9% of the teams that made the championship on ESPN had CMC. Kyren Williams was second at 40%.

I tend to go Hero RB, one RB1 and then a top TE and WR heavy for the top six or seven rounds.

I’ll probably adjust next year and take a TE in six or seven and hit RB, WR the first five.

Hero RB will likely be the better strategy next year. I went zero RB this year but next year, personally, it will be really hard to pass on CMC, Kyren or Breece if I can’t grab Tyreek, JJ, ASB or Lamb. You can throw Chase in there too if Higgins leaves. I don’t really want to touch Gibbs or Bijan. Gibbs because of Monty and Bijan because of Arthur Smith.

JT is great but he’s still a bit unknown with Richardson and he’s certainly going to get some rushing TDs. Saquon scares the shite out of me both because of his injury history and the Giants just being pathetic. ETN was so up and down this year that I just can’t justify him. I’m sure others can. Cook very similar + Goal line TD issues. Achane is so small and already dealt with a list of injuries + Wilson and Mostert. White was an absolute stud this year but I’d rather not hitch my wagon to Baker and the Bucs 2 years in a row, at least not in the first 2 rounds
