I do about half and half these days. I don't really read mass-market paperbacks anymore because the print is so small but I do still read trade paperbacks and hardcover books.
I would never read a book on a computer/phone/tablet screen but the modern e-readers such as the Kindle Paperwhite are quite different. It feels like reading a real page and actually has some advantages over a real page.
