Posters will spend the next 6 months saying the same things tear it down fire everyone and start over. But it's just not changing much roster wise. FO and coaches may be different. They went all in on continuity with viable profits and a good dose of job protection.

This is a multi year tear down…two to three years…the rebuild is going to be at least a couple years beyond that.
There’s zero reason not to start the tear down now.
